Refund Policy

1. NO REFUND ON DEPLOYED INFRASTRUCTURE
Due to the highly bespoke and technical nature of our work, Pitbull Corporations abides by a strict no-refund policy regarding capital already deployed toward engineering, design tokens, marketing spend, or server architecture. Once work has demonstrably commenced, foundational capital is non-refundable.

2. CANCELLATION PROTOCOL
Retainer agreements mandate a 30-day written notice prior to termination. Any operational milestones completed prior to the cancellation notice will be billed at full scope.

3. REVISIONS OVER REFUNDS
We engineer for perfection. Should a deliverable miss the mark of your business objectives, we prioritize strategic revisions within the contractual scope rather than structural refunds.

4. MEDIA SPEND
Any capital allocated directly to third-party ad networks (Meta, Google, X) is handled exclusively by those platforms' terms of service. Pitbull Corporations operates solely as the strategic architect and cannot issue refunds on behalf of a third-party ad marketplace.
