Legal Framework
Terms & Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF BASELINE TERMS
By accessing and using the services provided by Pitbull Corporations ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these baseline Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. FORMAL CONTRACTUAL SUPREMACY
These online terms represent our general operational foundation. However, prior to the commencement of any service, a comprehensive, formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) or bespoke physical/digital contract will be drafted and signed by both parties. All project deliverables, timelines, obligations, and specific legal architectures will definitively depend upon and be governed strictly by that formally signed contract. In the event of any discrepancy, the signed formal contract shall wholly supersede these general web terms.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, code, branding assets, methodologies, and technical infrastructure deployed by Pitbull Corporations remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company until explicitly assigned via written contractual agreement upon full payment of services rendered.
4. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
While we engineer software and marketing funnels to the highest possible standard, Pitbull Corporations shall not be held liable for third-party platform algorithm changes, temporary service downgrades out of our control (e.g., AWS, Vercel outages), or subsequent loss of data natively hosted by third-party protocols.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business processes, financial data, and technical architectures discussed or implemented during the contract period. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed prior to engagement supersede these general terms.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these baseline terms at our discretion. However, active, signed formal agreements will remain insulated from general web term changes unless explicitly amended in writing by both parties.
